Field Work in Park Royal Shopping mall Dec. 2009

In December 2009, there was Shiatsu demonstrations held by students from the Canadian College of Shiatsu Therapy at Park Royal in West Vancouver. These demonstrations were held on Saturdays and Sundays. The mall was crowded with people Christmas shopping. The Shiatsu booth was flourishing as the place for relaxation. Many people, who hadn’t known what Shiatsu was, experienced Japanese traditional hands-on therapy. It was precious experience even for us, who are making efforts in the diffusion of Shiatsu in Canada.  The profits in this Shiatsu demonstration were contributed to the Shore Crisis Services Society.  The comments of Davin, one of our students, who participated in this demonstration, will be up soon.
