What's Fieldwork? Student, under supervision, work in public events where shiatsu booths are located and in such environments, develop shiatsu skills, established on a plan based on patients" medical history. Education Fair February 3, 2009 This Fair is held to give information beneficial to secondary students, mature students, and to those considering change in occupation. At this event, our student demonstrate the Chair Shiatsu Treatment free of charge. We hope, through this event of experiencing the traditional Japanese medical treatment of Shiatsu, the number of participants will increase in number. Wellness Show February 6-8, 2009 This event was sponsored by Choices Market, a grocery store, based locally in British Columbia, which promotes and sells a wide range of natural and organic food produced in eco-friendly environment. This annual event is very popular as people are more conscious nowadays about health issues. Our student demonstrated the Chair Shiatsu Treatment at this event which caught the attention of many who came and relaxed, experiencing the treatment. It was a very successful three-day event.
