Kidney Walk

On September 25th, the Canadian College of Shiatsu Therapy (CCST) participated to Kidney Walk. Unfortunately, it was very bad weather, heavy rains and strong winds.
This event was community size, so there were many participates such as Starbucks, CIBC, gym, a homemade pancakes booth, a music band, etc. Due to the bad weather, lots of runners went home right after finished running. CCST students gave Shiatsu treatment to seven people including runners, person who involved the event and a passing person and some of them were interested in Shiatsu treatment. Therefore, CCST students recommended the School Clinic to the participates.
We were unlucky with the weather, but we hope more people got known about Shiatsu through the event. The total amount of donations was $35 and we have donated to Arlee who is the event's officials.
